We truly appreciate your trust in us and want your shopping experience to be smooth and satisfying. Please review our refund and cancellation terms carefully before placing your order.

💳 Order Cancellations

We understand that sometimes you might change your mind — and that’s okay!
•Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them.
•To cancel, simply contact us via email or  WhatsApp with your order details.
•Once your order has been shipped or dispatched, cancellation will not be possible.
 
If your cancellation request is approved within the allowed time frame:
•The full amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
 
⚠️ Please note: Orders cannot be cancelled for “Change of Mind” reasons after dispatch, as we begin packaging and courier processes immediately.

💰 Refund Policy

At SOHO BOUTIQUE, every item is quality-checked before shipping.
We currently do not offer refunds after delivery, except in the following situations:
•You received a wrong item (size, color, or design mismatch), or
•You received a damaged product.
 
If any of the above applies:
1.Inform us within 48 hours of receiving the product.
2.Provide an unboxing video or clear photos showing the issue.
3.The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
 
Once verified, we’ll either:
•Replace the product with the correct one, or
•Issue a refund if a replacement is unavailable.
 
Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 7–10 business days after verification.

⚠️ Non-Refundable Cases

At SOHO BOUTIQUE, every item is quality-c Refunds or replacements will not be issued if:
•The product has been used, washed, or altered.
•The request is made after 48 hours of  delivery.
•The product shows signs of wear and tear not caused by delivery damage.
•There are minor color or design variations due to lighting or screen differences.

🧾 Refund Mode

All refunds are processed via the original payment method used at checkout.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds (if applicable) will be made via bank transfer or UPI, as per your preference.

SOHO BOUTIQUE reserves the right to make final decisions regarding refunds and cancellations.
Any disputes are subject to the local jurisdiction where SOHO BOUTIQUE operates
