General

  • These Terms & Conditions  govern all online and offline   purchases from SOHO
    BOUTIQUE.
  • We reserve the right to update,  modify, or  change any part of  these terms without prior notice.
  • Continued use of our services after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Products

We offer a curated range of clothing, ethnic wear, footwear, jewellery, lingerie, and kidswear.
All products are described and photographed as accurately as possible. However, slight color or design variations may occur due to lighting, screen settings, or manual craftsmanship.

Orders & Payments

Orders are confirmed only after full payment has been received.
Prices listed are inclusive/ exclusive of applicable taxes as specified on the product page.
Once an order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email or WhatsApp message with order details.
We reserve the right to cancel any order due to product unavailability, pricing errors, or fraudulent activity. In such. cases, the full amount will be refunded.

Shipping & Delivery

• Orders are processed within 2–5  business days of payment confirmation.
•Delivery time depends on your  location and courier service.
•Tracking details are shared via  SMS/email once the order is  shipped.
•We are not liable for delays   caused by courier companies, public holidays, or  unforeseen circumstances.

Return & Replacement Policy

No returns are accepted once  the product has been delivered.
•A replacement will be provided  only in the following cases:
•The product is damaged upon arrival, or
•You received the wrong item  (size, color, or design mismatch).

To request a replacement:

1. Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product.
2.Provide an unboxing video or clear photos showing the issue.
3.Ensure the item is unused,  unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
 
Once verified, we will arrange a pickup or guide you on how to return the item and dispatch the correct replacement at no additional cost.
 
Note: Used, washed, or tampered items are not eligible for replacement.

Liability

– SOHO BOUTIQUE is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or services.
– Product care instructions must be followed as mentioned on tags or product pages.

Legal & Dispute Resolution

– All transactions and disputes are subject to local jurisdiction where SOHO BOUTIQUE operates.
– Any fraudulent claim or misuse of the policy will lead to denial of service or legal action.
