Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

•7–10 business days for other locations
•Once shipped, you will receive an SMS or email with your tracking details, so you can follow your order’s journey.

⚠️ Delivery Issues

If your package is:

🚫 Undelivered / Returned Packages

In case a package is returned to us due to:
•Incorrect shipping address,
•Repeated delivery attempts, or
•Refusal to accept delivery,
 
the customer will be responsible for reshipping charges if the item needs to be resent.
